Return Process

Small items can be returned to any JB Hi-Fi store nationwide, while larger items like whitegoods may require a scheduled pick-up via our customer service team.

Our team will inspect the product to verify the fault or condition; please include all original packaging, accessories, and any bonus items included with the purchase.
- 4.Receive Your Resolution
Once approved, you will be offered a repair, replacement, or refund back to your original payment method, depending on the nature of the product issue.
